Although situation dictates on the needs of your service, our pricing is $65 an hour (which includes pickup/delivery if applicable). Of course if your computer is sitting on our tech bench for an afternoon downloading updates, more than likely we will offer you flat rate pricing. So…

The Fine Print:
Prices listed are residential estimates only. Since every customer has unique needs, there may be additional non listed charges that apply for additional services.
Flat Rates:
$65 First Hour + $20 each additional 15 minutes is what we loosely base flat rates on. If you are interested in flat rate pricing, just ask! Again since each customer’s situation dictates we believe it’s only fair offer flat rate pricing as an option. Usually if your service is over a 3 hour process, we will automatically offer you flat rate pricing.
Example:
Say your hard drive in your computer goes out… you will need a new pc hard drive, and a reinstallation of the operating system. Since we include all windows updates and service packs in every reinstallation of Windows, it can take a few hours just to get the updates and configure things, we will offer you a flat rate for this sort of standardized service call. It’s great because it will most likely be cheaper than the posted hourly rate!
