Call me at (704) 621-6449, unplug your computer from your internet connection or network. LEAVE YOUR PC ON and close out of any open programs including Outlook.
Yes. I would be glad to.
Win NT/9x/ME/2000/XP /NT4 Server/2000 Server/2003 Server. I get into Linux a bit as well.
Yes! 95% of my calls are “house calls”. In rare circumstances I will need to take your components off-site.
When I come over, I will look in several different areas of your computer and take the time to explain to you what I’m doing. It is important to perform preventive and general maintenance regularly.
The IT world is MASSIVE. Being only human, im not Superman (unfortunately). Naturally there are things that are beyond my capabilities. Before I start any work to bill out, I will tell you if it’s something I cannot do and I will put you in contact with someone that can.
Yes. You can schedule me to come out on a recurring basis to perform regular maintenance and keep systems performing properly.
Heat is the most destructive element to your computer. Use a can of “Dust-Off” (available from a office stationary store) regularly. Shoot it in the slots in your power supply and remove the sides of your PC case and do a general “blow out” of the system. Mini Vacuums like the Shop Vac “Zinger” work great and cost about $25 from Home Depot. Also, Use a firewall like Zone Alarm, Antivirus software such as Norton, professional popup stopper, and sweep your computer with something such as Spybot or Adaware for spyware and malware.
I can get you up and rolling with something like my site cheaper than you may think! Call Me!
It varies on the scope of work, contact us today for a quote.

I can assure you and guarentee you that I will keep your sensitive materials strictly confidential. Rest assured. I will be glad to sign a confidentiality agreement. I do have government security clearances as well.
